Terms and Conditions

• The parent/guardian must be at least 18 years old
• Children may use the app only under parental supervision
• The app is intended for children aged 5+

Parents are responsible for:

• Managing their account and child profiles
• Controlling all child access and activity
• Maintaining login credentials

• Only parents can create child accounts
• Children cannot independently register
• All activities, rewards, and permissions are controlled by parents
• The applications are designed as productivity and educational tools and do not provide any professional or financial advice.

• Parents can assign activities and tasks
• Children earn diamonds or rewards upon completion

Important:

• Rewards are real-world items or experiences defined by parents
• REWKID LLP does not provide, manage, or guarantee rewards
• Parents are solely responsible for fulfilling rewards

Parents may create custom tasks:

• With diamond rewards
• Or direct rewards

Parents are responsible for:

• Defining task conditions
• Granting rewards fairly

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the app
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with app functionality
• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful activities

• Premium features require a subscription via Google Play
• Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Users must manage subscriptions via Google Play
• Refunds, if any, are subject to Google Play's refund policies. REWKID LLP does not process or issue refunds directly.
• Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions before the end of any free trial period to avoid charges.

Important:

• If you delete your account:
• Access ends immediately
• No refunds are provided for any remaining subscription period after account deletion.

• Parents may delete their account at any time
• If a user has an active subscription, they must cancel it via Google Play before deleting their account.
• All associated data will be permanently removed

REWKID LLP is not responsible for:

• Parent-created rewards or tasks
• Disputes between parent and child
• Misuse of the app
• Any real-world outcomes related to rewards created by parents
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
