When parents create an account, we collect:

• Password (securely processed and managed via Google Firebase Authentication)

• Activities created or assigned
• Rewards created
• Child progress and activity data
• Notifications and interactions within the app

1.2 Child Information

Children do not create accounts directly.

Parents create child profiles and may provide:

• Child name or nickname
• Age
• Avatar (emoji)
• Username
• 4-digit PIN

We also collect:

• Activity progress
• Earned diamonds
• Reward redemptions

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We use tools such as Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect:

• App usage data (screens viewed, actions taken)
• Device information (non-personally identifiable)
• Crash and performance data

This data is used only to improve app performance and user experience.

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain app functionality
• Enable parent-child interaction within the app
• Track progress, rewards, and activities

Our apps are designed for children aged 5+, under parental supervision.

• Children cannot sign up independently
• All child accounts are created and managed by parents
• No ads are shown
• No social interaction with other users is allowed
• We comply with child data protection principles by limiting data collection to what is necessary.
• Parents are responsible for reviewing and managing their child's information within the app.

We use industry-standard security measures and Google Firebase services to protect stored data.

• Your data may be processed and stored in multiple regions.
• We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
• While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Parents can request account deletion at any time.

When a parent deletes their account:

• All parent data is permanently deleted
• All child profiles and data are deleted
• Activities, rewards, and progress are deleted
• Notifications and tokens are removed

Exception: Previously submitted feedback may be retained in anonymized form (without personal identifiers).

• Subscriptions are managed via Google Play. We do not store or process payment information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the Google Play account settings.
• Users are responsible for managing or canceling their subscriptions through Google Play.
• Refunds, if any, are subject to Google Play's refund policies. REWKID LLP does not process or issue refunds directly.
• Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions before the end of any free trial period to avoid charges.

If an account is deleted:

• Access to the app is immediately revoked
• No refunds are provided for any remaining subscription period

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send:

• Task updates
• Reward notifications
• Activity updates

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Stop using the app at any time

You may contact us to request corrections to your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Updates will be reflected with a revised "Effective Date".

Our website is a simple informational landing page used to provide details about our apps and allow users to download them.

We do not collect personal information through the website.

However, we may use analytics tools such as Google Firebase Analytics to collect limited, non-personally identifiable information, including:

• Pages visited
• Time spent on the website
• General device and browser information

This information is used solely to understand website usage and improve our services.
